อัลบั้มรวมบทเพลง Metal Underground ของวงดนตรีทั้ง 8 วง ที่ได้รับการบันทึกเสียงในยุคเริ่มแรกของค่าย Justice Music ซึ่งถือเป็นยุคก่อตั้งค่าย และวงที่ต้องบันทึกไว้ว่าเป็นวงแรกที่จัดจำหน่ายโดยมีโลโก้ของค่าย Justice Music คือวง Instinct แนว Power Metal อัลบั้มออกวางจำหน่ายในราวปี พ.ศ. 2542 แต่ที่ได้รับการบันทึกไว้เป็นทางการว่าเป็นวงแรกที่ผลิตและจัดจำหน่ายโดยค่าย Justice Music คือ วงพล่าน (Plahn) ในปี ค.ศ.2000 โดยมีคุณหลักฟ้า สาสกุล หรือ เอฟ-นักร้องนำวงพล่าน เป็นต้นคิดชื่อค่าย Justice Music หลังจากนั้นเป็นต้นมาก็มีอีกหลายวงที่นำผลงานมาเสนอให้ค่าย Justice Music ช่วยจัดจำหน่ายให้ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นวง Quake, Scar, วุฒิ-Heretic Angles, Macaroni, กล้วยไทย, Aladin ซึ่งผลงานเพลงของวงกล้วยไทย, Aladin, พล่าน-เพลง nowadays ในอัลบั้มนี้ทางค่ายได้บันทึกเสียงร่วมกับค่าย Warner Music
หลังจากนั้นเป็นต้นมาดนตรีแนว Metal Underground ก็เป็นที่ยอมรับมากยิ่งขึ้นจนกระทั่งมีวงดนตรีอีกหลายวงที่สามารถเข้าไปอยู่ในสังกัดค่ายใหญ่ได้ นับตั้งแต่นั้นมาค่าย Justice Music ก็แทบจะยุติบทบาทกับดนตรีในแนวนี้
